Hey there! My name is Ilia Viktor Bibas. I was born in Russia, raised by the rhythm of Miami’s streets, I’ve spent over 20 years surrounded by a city that speaks in color and light. I move between languages — English, Spanish, and a touch of Italian — but it’s through photography that I truly speak.
